Carol Wagar CPA, holds a designation from the National Institute of College Planning Specialists, and manages EmSpring College Solutions. Carol has been a certified public accountant in the state of Washington since 1983 and a certified college planning specialist since 2005. She has extensive business accounting and consulting experience. Carol is a financial literacy presenter for the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Washington State University and parent of three sons - all current students in college or high school.

This is a 60 - 90 minute session with parents and student at a fee of $75.

Parents can expect to to free up cash for college in a number of ways, depending on your personal situation. Typical savings range from $2,000 - $10,000 per year.
